ABOUT THE FOUNDER
NavyaMarg was founded by Dr. Rakesh Ranjan, a specialist in labour mobility, responsible recruitment and workforce governance with experience spanning academia, international organisations, business engagement and public policy. His work has focused on helping businesses, governments and international organisations address the opportunities and challenges associated with labour mobility, responsible business conduct and the changing world of work across South Asia and global supply chains. Drawing on this experience, NavyaMarg brings together strategic thinking, research and practical engagement to support better workforce decisions in an increasingly complex global environment.
